Privacy Policy
STILE is an independent design studio and trading name. This policy explains how the STILE website and the internal STILE Social Publisher tool process information.
Who controls your data
STILE ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information collected through stilecover.it. For any privacy question, contact stilecover.shop@gmail.com.
What we collect
This site collects the minimum needed to respond to you:
- City request form: the city name and email address you submit when asking us to make your city available.
- Direct email: whatever you send us via stilecover.shop@gmail.com (e.g. support questions, order help).
- Pinterest connection: when the owner of the STILE Pinterest business account explicitly connects it through Pinterest OAuth, the tool receives an access token, refresh token, Pinterest username, and the identifier and name of the selected board. It also receives the identifiers and publication results of Pins created by the tool and analytics for STILE's own published Pins.
The tool never asks for or stores a Pinterest password. We do not collect phone numbers, physical addresses, or payment information — purchases are completed entirely on Etsy, which has its own privacy policy and handles payment data directly.
Use of the Pinterest API
STILE Social Publisher uses the official Pinterest API only after explicit authorization by the account owner. It uses the API to identify the authorized account and chosen board, publish Pins individually selected and scheduled by the user, and display performance metrics for STILE's own published Pins. Pinterest-derived information is used only to provide these functions to the authorized account owner.
STILE Social Publisher is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or operated by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.
We do not sell, rent, resell, redistribute, license, or otherwise disclose Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties. We do not use Pinterest API data to target advertising outside Pinterest, combine it with information from other users, or create data-broker or competitor-insight services.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It loads fonts directly from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the font files, under Google's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
City requests are used solely to gauge demand and notify you when your city becomes available. Support emails are used to answer your question. We do not use your email for marketing and do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the processors below.
Who else sees it
- Formspree — processes the city request form submission on our behalf. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Etsy — handles all purchases, payments, and shipping independently. See Etsy's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard web server logs (IP address, requested page) as part of serving it.
- Pinterest — provides the OAuth authorization and API used by the internal publishing tool. Pinterest processes information under its own Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
City requests and support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and to plan future editions, and are deleted when no longer relevant. Pinterest access credentials and the limited account, board, publication, and analytics data described above are stored locally only while the Pinterest connection is active and for as long as needed to provide the publishing and reporting functions.
Disconnecting Pinterest and deleting API data
The account owner can select Disconnect in STILE Social Publisher at any time. The tool then immediately deletes its locally stored Pinterest access and refresh tokens, account and board metadata, Pinterest publication identifiers and results, and cached Pinterest analytics. Disconnecting does not delete Pins that were already published on Pinterest; those can be removed directly from Pinterest. The account owner can also revoke the app's authorization from Pinterest account settings. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to stilecover.shop@gmail.com.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email stilecover.shop@gmail.com — we'll respond directly.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Significant changes will be reflected here directly.
